The incumbent is responsible for the management of Technical Services (TS) which are related to production activities and machinery.
● Projects feasibility study, scheduling, alignment with stakeholders, and implementation.
● ERF (Engineering Request Form) and contractors management and manufacturing workshop control.
● People management in TS and planning for maintenance services of auxiliary equipment on the shop floor.
● Provide technical support to production operations and improvements in the production machinery and systems and assure the compliance of all with the technical standards.
● Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the assigned engineering task on the TS site and shop floor.
● Perform overall control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, supplier performance) and report regularly on project status.
● Implement ERFs and manage contractors.
● Cooperate and communicate effectively with project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
● Monitor compliance to applicable practices, performance standards, and specifications according to GE standards.
● Maintain and repair work planning and execution in production machinery auxiliary equipment
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or Mechanics.
● At least 5 years of work experience in relevant fields.
● Full knowledge of cigarette manufacturing machinery.
● Economic engineering and construction project management knowledge.
● Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and develop the team.
● Experience in negotiating technical services contracts and tendering work.
● Knowledge of budget management and reporting.
● Accuracy and attention to detail.
● Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
● Well-developed time management skills.
● Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
● Full command of English, written and spoken.
