Technical Project Coordinator

Job Description

Gepido is a comprehensive enterprise collaboration platform that provides a set of messaging tools, video conferencing, teamwork tools (Doc, Sheet, Drive), artificial intelligence assistant, project and process management (BPMS) in the form of an integrated and native system.

We are looking for a disciplined, technical and precise person to manage tasks, follow up delivery and coordinate tests alongside the development team.



Responsibilities:
Receiving user stories from the product manager and turning them into technical tasks
Assignment and scheduling of tasks between developers (Flutter / Python / AI)
Tracking the status of the tasks until the final delivery
Receiving the output and coordinating with the tester for final review
Documenting project progress and providing regular reports
Working closely with the technical team and CTO in coordinating the development and deployment of versions
Identifying obstacles, removing bottlenecks and facilitating team work
Participating in sprint meetings and weekly planning


Required skills and attributes:
Experience in managing software projects or development teams
Familiarity with the concepts of software development, Git, API and QA
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion or ClickUp
Ability to accurately document and follow up on tasks
Understanding agile concepts (Agile / Scrum)
High communication skills and cooperative spirit
Accuracy, discipline and responsibility


It is considered an advantage if:
Have work experience as a scrum master or technical coordinator
Experience in software testing (QA) or managing technical teams
Be familiar with DevOps processes and automated testing
