Requirements
-Bachelor’s/Master's degree in software engineering, Information Technology and/or related discipline required.
-Having related experience at least 3 years.
-Age between 25-35.
-Familiar with banking concepts and electronic, digital banking.
-Leadership, management, team working skills.
-Understanding the specific challenges for each project from a technical standpoint.
-Provide product training and technical expertise.
-Work with design teams on product features, capabilities and technical details.
-The ability to create process, business meeting, technical and product documentations.
-The ability to hold coordination meeting with related departments and cooperate closely with internal tech teams, including product designers, developers and testers.
-Understanding of the product technologies to interface well with the cross-functional teams and bring a good end-product to market.
-The ability to explain roadmap projects, divide projects into separate portions if it’s necessary.
-Be responsible, self-discipline, diligent.
