We are looking for a technical product manager with hands-on experience in B2B FinTech to lead the development, optimization, and management of our technology-driven financial products. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, business, and operations, with full ownership of the product roadmap for services delivered to business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full product lifecycle – from discovery and planning to implementation and continuous improvement.
Analyze the needs of B2B clients and translate them into well-defined technical features.
Design and document detailed product specs, workflows, and API definitions.
Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features.
Prioritize the product backlog and facilitate agile ceremonies like sprint planning and grooming.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure a successful product rollout.
Monitor product KPIs, usage data, and feedback to drive product improvements.
Ensure products comply with FinTech regulations and standards (KYC, AML, PCI-DSS, etc.).
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in FinTech or B2B SaaS.
Solid technical understanding of RESTful APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
Strong analytical skills and technical documentation capabilities.
Nice to Have:
Experience in areas like digital onboarding, payments, wallets, or risk management.
Background in FinTech startups.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Postman.
