Job Description
We are looking for a technical product manager with hands-on experience in B2B FinTech to lead the development, optimization, and management of our technology-driven financial products. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, business, and operations, with full ownership of the product roadmap for services delivered to business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full product lifecycle – from discovery and planning to implementation and continuous improvement.
- Analyze the needs of B2B clients and translate them into well-defined technical features.
- Design and document detailed product specs, workflows, and API definitions.
- Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Prioritize the product backlog and facilitate agile ceremonies like sprint planning and grooming.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure a successful product rollout.
- Monitor product KPIs, usage data, and feedback to drive product improvements.
- Ensure products comply with FinTech regulations and standards (KYC, AML, PCI-DSS, etc.).
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in FinTech or B2B SaaS.
- Solid technical understanding of RESTful APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
- Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
- Strong analytical skills and technical documentation capabilities.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in areas like digital onboarding, payments, wallets, or risk management.
- Background in FinTech startups.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Postman.
