Job Description

The technical Manager is responsible for handling of installation and implementation of thermos wood cladding on the buildings that was contracted by the sales department. And these activities should be done: - Organizing and planning the subcontractors teams - Observing on implementation of subcontractors - Projects control and reporting - Arranging the best and effective Relation between customer and internal department - Ability of planning for human resource - Ability of control on quality and quantity of projects - Arranging the financial and general situation of subcontractors - Managing technical observers of projects - Assigning projects to technical observers and subcontractors team - Accountability to customers' technical complaints - Ability of analyzing the work and capacity - Arranging the resources of projects - Following the problems of projects

Requirements

- At least 5 years experience of management in technical works - Ability of be presented in the location of different projects daily - Bs in the Civil engineering or Architecture fields (Ms in the management fields beside Bs In the Civil Engineering fields is preferable) - Ages between 25-40 years - Good knowledge in project planning and control - Very hard working - Excellent knowledge in management - Excellent knowledge of computer - Creative, reliable and active - knowledge of working with designing software is preferable
