Job Description

Goldiran Industries is a successful Consumer Electronic Manufacturing company seeking an experienced talent manager who will be responsible for talent acquisition, organization structure, employee engagement, performance management, and training and development management. Roles: ● Manage recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers; interview candidates for management and senior positions ensuring compliance with standards in resourcing, recruiting, orientation practices, and contracting procedures. ● Develop and support measures to improve organizational culture. ● Partner with HRBPs to align HR policies and procedures in the organization. ● Provide the necessary advice based on the conducted research to the management for use in business decisions. ● Create workshops and courses for targeted developmental needs. ● Establish and manage program calendar and events. ● Responsible for employee selection, performance management, and development planning. ● Direct the work of the team to assure technical milestones are met. ● Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive L&D plan including curriculum, programs, learning solutions, and instructional materials in a variety of learning formats ensuring that learning technologies are leveraged where possible.

Requirements

● Master’s degree in HR, Business Management, or other related fields. ● At least 6 years of professional experience in HR (at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory position). ● Knowledge of the legal and policy framework of employment and HR management. ● Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. ● Highly organized and detail-oriented. ● Ability to multi-task and balance high-priority situations under pressure. ● Creative and innovative way of thinking. ● Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills. ● Analytical skills to interpret and react to information accurately.
