A career as a ZARRIN Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide the opportunity to develop deep knowledge and skill sets in 1 or more HR fields (e.g. Talent Practice, Talent Management, Talent Sourcing, Succession Management …). Your work might span across local or regional scopes and projects.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our Human Resources Department, your key responsibilities will include:
● Improving day to day operations in ZARRIN’s recruitment and selection process
● Managing the end to end recruitment process guiding all vested parties on job posting, sourcing strategies, and on-boarding process.
● Collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure ZARRIN is able to continue hiring the best qualified candidates into the company
● Generating, maintaining, and ensuring accuracy of dashboards, scorecards, and databases used in the end-to-end recruitment process
● Providing planning, logistics, and administrative support in the execution of various local and global initiatives in talent supply.
● Providing state of the art controls support in the end-to-end operations of ZARRIN’s recruitment process
You will participate in other HR projects, including but not limited to:
● Talent and succession management.
● Development of contemporary strategies and cost-efficient execution plans for recruitment Process.
● Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
● Implementation of HR/Workforce planning requirements (Recruitment plan).
● Develop and implement Employer Branding strategies.
Requirements
● At least Bachelors' or Master's degree in HR, Industrial engineering, Psychology or related fields.
● At least 2 years’ experience as a recruiter.
● Strong operational discipline – able to effectively handle time and resources to deliver on critical outcomes.
● Excellent interpersonal skills – able to effectively communicate ideas to internal and external partners of various backgrounds and levels.
● Excellent administrative skills – able to plan, organize, and execute necessary activities to deliver on recruiting needs, with proven attention to detail and data accuracy.
● Collaboration skills – able to effectively work with others of diverse roles, levels, and backgrounds.
● Ability to develop technical deep understanding in complex processes and technical applications used in ZARRIN recruitment operations.
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
● Fluent In English.
