Responsibility :
• Collecting and screening resumes in order to identify qualified candidates from different sources.
• Conducting initial screening interviews, both telephone and personal; making hiring recommendations based on the eligibility and required skills.
• Elevating Respina`s profile to reach a broader and wider market of candidates; finding new, innovating and creative ways to introduce Respina`s core-values and attractions as an opportunity to work for.
• Working with the Human Capital Manager to ensure Respina`s conformity with government and regulatory hiring policies.
• Coordinating and attending career fairs;
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aforementioned field.
- M.A. or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Psychology, Business Administration, or similar fields .
- Proven track record of success in recruiting role, having had responsibility for screening, interviewing and hiring for multiple positions concurrently.
- Skilled at researching, investigating and garnering information from reliable resources.
