Requirements
● Mastery of tools and languages for documentation and analysis of systems such as UML.
● Mastery of process management issues and standards (BPM).
● Familiarity with management tools and processes’ workflows in organizations such as BPMS, CRM.
● Familiarity with applied concepts and skills of IT such as principles of software design and development.
● Ability to search and extract data from information systems.
● Familiarity with common tools for system and quality management such as ISO9001, EFQM, etc.
● Mastery of MS Office.
