● Implementation and development of quality management system (ISO 9001) based on best practices.
● Identify and managing of organizational risks.
● Define processes, performance, and outcome measures (KPI) and target them based on their strategic plan, follow-up, and reporting.
● Design and prepare the procedures and instructions (SOPs).
● Refine and supervise procedures' implementation in the organization.
● Train and coach procedures to ensure the effectiveness of implementation.
● Identify, analyze and solve internal problems.
● Conduct internal audits based on the implemented management system standards.
● Preparation of management reports.
● Report to Business Excellence Manager.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
● 2 years of working experience is preferable.
● Fluent in English.
● Fluent in MS Office especially Outlook.
● Familiar with Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
● Familiar with Strategic Planning.
● Familiar with Organizational Processes Management.
