Job Description

Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8 am to 5 pm; Thursday from 8 am to 12 pm. Roles: ● Manage and control entry and exit, registration, maintenance, and control of warehouse inventory in accordance with the relevant regulations. ● Delivery and control of the goods entering the warehouse and signing of bills and related forms and documents. ● Control the goods in terms of quantitative and qualitative compliance with the samples and specifications included in the remittance and documents and requests during delivery and transformation. ● Determine the right place to store all kinds of goods according to their type, weight, volume, and amount of consumption. ● Deal with stock in warehouses and notify vendors to renew orders. ● Carry out the necessary care in the protection and safety of warehouses to prevent corruption, breakage, and other risks, including safety during a fire. ● Deal with the inventory of the warehouse and process the available goods at certain intervals. ● Prepare financial reports of the warehouse and the price of goods entering the warehouse and related requirements. ● Carry out warehouse management and provide periodical and case reports of warehouse inventory to the relevant officials. ● Follow up on the installation and operation of computer systems for stock and warehouse control in the company. ● Identify stagnant goods before their expiration date, as well as purchase the goods needed by the units and charge the warehouse before the goods become zero. ● Implement all requests, whether purchase or remittance from the warehouse, based on the agreement of the units' officials and the signature of the director or vice president of support and coordination with the manager of the financial affairs. ● Manage and protect physical warehouse spaces and inventories according to relevant standards.
