Job Description

● Provide training logistics including maintenance and update of training and classroom materials. ● Provide support to business on conducting team building and/or any other engagement activity. ● Identify soft skills training needs and design and develop solution to cover the gap. ● Ensure soft skill training is delivered according to budget. ● Drive research and analysis to provide latest trends on learning method delivery which leads to change in behavioral and organizational culture. ● Design programs to promote and develop staff commitment and dedication to organization behavioral ethics and values. ● Coordinate delivery of culture development solution. ● Drive Training Return on Expectation (ROE) and help staff to apply learning to their job. ● Design and implement process to assess and improve the impact of soft skill learning. ● Develop and implement plans to improve non classroom learning experience via new methods and tools. ● Provide monthly report of soft skill activities in details and timorously for monitoring current situation by manager. ● Plan and schedule annual soft skill training calendar. ● Provide improvement plan and execute them to influence corporate culture align with the strategy of HR.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology and Educational Management or related fields. ● Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others. ● Experience working in a medium organization. ● Experience working as soft skills trainer. ● Fluent in English.
