- Ability to analyze data and extract page and campaign performance reports.
- Ability to design and implement paid advertising campaigns.
- At least 5 years of active and documented experience in professional social media management with a focus on organic growth and high engagement.

Job Description:
- Designing a monthly content calendar, coordinating with the content team to implement it.
- Reviewing and analyzing insights on a weekly/monthly basis, providing reports, and suggesting improvements.
- Designing a service sales strategy, increasing engagement.
- Networking with various specialized pages.
- Planning and implementing thematic, seasonal, or event campaigns in the form of posts, stories, and reels.
- Identifying, negotiating, and coordinating with relevant influencers for advertising cooperation.
- Ensuring that posts match the brand's visual identity and are visually appealing to the audience.
- Monitoring and engineering the Instagram space to develop in line with domestic and international trends.
- Designing surveys, contests, interactive posts, and the ability to comment or send messages in groups and channels.
- Collaborating with aligned pages to exchange content, managing the budget for display advertising.
- Preparing weekly and monthly statistical reports on the number of visits, interaction rates, popular content, and user attraction sources.
- Responding to feedback, managing negative reactions, or content inconsistencies with a correct understanding of the public space.
