Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist who can think beyond content production — someone who combines a strategic mindset, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to craft powerful brand narratives across multiple platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who:
• Has a strong understanding of branding and digital PR,
• Can design B2B and B2C social strategies based on audience personas and business targets,
• Understands the unique dynamics of each platform and tailors content accordingly,
• And can lead impactful campaigns and influencer partnerships that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business and marketing goals for both B2B (employers) and B2C (job seekers) audiences
• Plan, create, and publish creative content across multiple formats (posts, stories, reels, videos, live sessions, etc.)
• Design and run viral campaigns with a strong focus on increasing Reach, Engagement, and Brand Awareness
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from selection to execution and performance reporting
• Build and manage strong relationships with influencers and content partners to expand organic reach
• Adapt content to different platforms and fully understand each medium (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with the Brand and PR teams to ensure message consistency across channels
• Contribute to CSR campaigns and strengthen community engagement initiatives
• Monitor trends, identify viral opportunities, and turn them into creative campaigns
• Use platform analytics to track performance, extract insights, and propose optimization strategies
• Manage content calendars and coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, campaign, brand)
Required Skills & Experience

Strategy & Branding:
• Proven experience in designing and implementing social media strategies for brands
• Ability to differentiate B2B and B2C content strategies and campaigns
• Strong understanding of branding principles and digital PR

Content & Copywriting:
• Ability to create and adapt content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.)
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills tailored to various audiences
• Familiarity with mobile video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, etc.) and hands-on content creation
Influencer Marketing & Partnerships:
• Proven track record in designing and running influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with influencers and partner brands
• Awareness of key players and ecosystem in relevant industries

Data-Driven Growth:
• Proficiency with social media analytics tools (Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.)
• Ability to analyze engagement and performance data to optimize content strategy
• Experience in driving organic audience growth and improving key performance metrics

Additional Skills:
• Familiarity with CSR and social impact campaigns
• Creative mindset with the ability to rapidly generate and execute ideas based on trends
• Excellent coordination and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
