Job Description

  • Organize, register, and archive documents, invoices, forms, and correspondence.
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and formal communications in both Persian and English.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, prepare minutes, and maintain work calendar.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports to management.
  • Monitor incoming/outgoing correspondence and ensure proper document flow.
