We are looking for an experienced recruiter senior specialist to help grow the team by discovering and recruiting top talent and playing a key role in Yektanet's growth and success. Our recruitment team focuses on identifying and discovering talents, attracting them to Yektanet, choosing the most appropriate options, and aligning new joiners with Yektanet's culture. Also, we always try to improve the recruitment process and update it. Main responsibilities: ● Compiling job descriptions and updating job posts. ● Appropriate Cv screening to requirements and qualifications. ● Coordination and follow-up of the interview process. ● Running zero to one hundred recruitment processes. ● Calculating recruitment metrics and KPIs, updating them and preparing regular quarterly reports. ● Constant research and review of the methods and strategies of talent discovery, attraction, and recruitment. ● Using all available sources and channels to find talents and attract them to Yektanet. ● Attracting passive candidates and creating a strategy to turn passive candidates into active applicants.

Requirements

● At least two years of work experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. ● Familiarity with interview methods. ● Familiarity with the metrics of talent acquisition and the onboarding process. ● Interest and motivation to learn constantly and stay updated. ● High verbal and written communication skills. The following are considered advantages: ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology. ● Getting to know the online advertising industry.
