Job Description

● Develop a recruitment strategy for each job position. ● Improve and develop processes in the field of human resources and organization. ● Connect with top universities and software startups. ● Participate in managing and improving the recruiting and hiring process and alignment (on-boarding and orientation). ● Support development programs and human resources. ● Preparate reports, related presentations, and files requested by management. ● Prepare a database of selected resumes, testing and interviewing and analyzing and conducting interviews.

Requirements

● Familiar with interview techniques and methods. ● Proficient in recruitment and recruitment platforms and processes. ● Proficient in labor and social security laws. ● Proficient in Excel. ● Proficient in Visio (chart and process design). ● Proficient in English.
