Senior Supply Chain Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy and in order to maximize efficiency and productivity. Job Responsibilities: ✔️Develops appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost, in-line with marketing strategies. ✔️Leads the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). ✔️Directs and coordinates local supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization, and KPIs resulting in the maximization of customer satisfaction. ✔️Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand. ✔️Works with plant, warehouse, and logistics departments to determine and set up intercompany transfers. ✔️Negotiate with potential and existing vendors, suppliers and manufacturers and motivate them to enroll in market place retail ✔️Supports proper utilization of ERP system. ✔️Member of the operations staff, responsible to routinely report on department KPIs along with appropriate analysis and countermeasures where necessary. ✔️Qualitative and quantitative reporting on various intervals ✔️Intertwined business function with marketing and operation team ✔️Market analysis and demand estimation of various categories ✔️Periodic appraisal of suppliers
