- To propose products strategies, planning and budgets to Sales and Marketing Manager
- To take responsibility over implementation of the marketing and promotional investments
- To keep sales team informed about the market environment (competitors, market analysis...)
- To look for and to exploit the necessary means and messages to reach the objectives fixed together with the Management
- To collaborate with sales team in order to leverage performance
- Assist to provide the customer with needful information, documents, samples and quotation
- Tracking the status of requisitions, contracts and orders.
- Timely Inventory reviews to place in time orders
- Control and Track the Sales process
- Preparing, maintaining, and reviewing Sales files, reports and price lists.
Requirements
- Bachelor/post-secondary education in Pharmacy, Natural Sciences, Chemical Engineering or Business
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Negotiating talent, decisive, superb with deadlines
- Advanced problem-solving capabilities
- Native or bilingual proficiency of English both written and spoken
- Full knowledge of Incoterms
- Ability to prioritize and decisive
- Ideal Age: 28-35
