Seek and develop new customers and/or channels by individual sales goals and/or objectives.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and field visits.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Assist with research for proposals and special projects, as needed.
Generate reports for internal use and analysis by mining information from various sources including databases, CRM, and traditional and emerging electronic media channels.
Ensure that the sales team has the required sales materials and support information for sales calls, trade shows, and proposal responses.
Try to meet personal and team KPIs set by the line manager.
Present personal and team activities in weekly meetings to the MD.
