Job Description

  • Seek and develop new customers and/or channels by individual sales goals and/or objectives.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and field visits.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Assist with research for proposals and special projects, as needed.
  • Generate reports for internal use and analysis by mining information from various sources including databases, CRM, and traditional and emerging electronic media channels.
  • Ensure that the sales team has the required sales materials and support information for sales calls, trade shows, and proposal responses.
  • Try to meet personal and team KPIs set by the line manager.
  • Present personal and team activities in weekly meetings to the MD.

Requirements

  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong networking abilities.

  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
  • Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and have a teamplay spirit.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or a related field.
  • Maximum age: 35 years old.
