Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Dena Petro Kala Company (Nelson Mandela Boulevard), supplying industrial equipment in oil, gas, petrochemical, and marine industries, requires a senior mechanical engineer with the following requirements to complete the engineering team.

Working Hours and Days:

• Saturday to Wednesday from 8:30 am to 5 pm; Thursdays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Duties:

• Study and review manufacturers' technical proposals.
• Correspondence with the employer in the form of face-to-face meetings of TCL, RFQ, Datasheet, Spec, and Drawing.
• Study and review purchase packages with the aim of selecting the optimal proposal.
• Provide technical advice to the equipment purchasing department and sales unit.
• Hold technical meetings with foreign manufacturers.
• Review technical documents.

Skills:

• Familiarity with design and mastery of selecting rotary equipment, pumps, and compressors.
• Familiarity with control and motor valves.
• Familiarity with ASME, ANSI, and API standards.
• Familiarity with English.
• Proficient in technical correspondence and negotiation skills.
