● Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. ● Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. ● Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies. ● Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead nurturing tactics. ● Formulate and implement marketing strategies. ● Digital marketing and social network management. ● Manage sales and marketing products in the corporate sector (B2G), collaboration (B2B), and retail (B2C). ● Attract and manage sales representatives\agents across the country.

Requirements

● At least four years of work experience in the field of marketing. ● Proficient in marketing principles. ● Proficient in the concepts and principles of digital marketing and online advertising. ● Proficient in WordPress and website analytics tools. ● Ability to manage time, master the principles of negotiation, and have effective communication skills. ● Proficient in determining team performance indicators and presenting regular reports. ● Proficient in planning short, medium, and long-term goals. ● Proficient in CRM. ● Experience in B2B, B2G, and B2C organizational support and sales. ● Brand management ability. ● Practical market research skills. ● Strong speaking skills and high public relations.
