Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design the overarching Talent Development and Leadership Development strategy.

• Develop competency models for general, functional, and leadership competencies.

• Design and implement the group-wide performance management system.

• Design and lead development programs for leaders, middle managers, and high-potential individuals.

• Design and implement the Succession Planning framework in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and HRBP.

• Lead training needs assessments and design learning programs aligned with business needs.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training and development interventions.

• Manage career paths, individual development, and professional growth programs.

• Develop the leadership academy and organizational learning function at the holding level.

• Provide analytical reports on succession readiness, training effectiveness, and leadership maturity.

• Collaborate with Organization Development on change, capability development, and role redesign projects.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Education, MBA, or related fields.

Experience: At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably 4 to 5 years at a managerial level.
