
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy at the group level.
• Design recruitment, interviewing, assessment, and selection models and standards.
• Lead recruitment for key, specialized, and managerial positions across the holding.
• Design and oversee the Assessment Center, Interview Framework, and Selection Governance.
• Manage sourcing channels including platforms, CV databases, employee referrals, universities, and headhunters.
• Develop an employer-facing recruitment marketing strategy in collaboration with Employer Branding.
• Monitor metrics such as Time to Hire, Cost per Hire, Quality of Hire, and Offer Acceptance Rate.
• Oversee candidate experience and continuously improve the Candidate Experience.
• Lead future talent programs, internships, potential successor pipelines, and executive hiring initiatives.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and the business to forecast workforce needs.
• Standardize initial onboarding processes in collaboration with relevant functions.
• Ensure fairness, transparency, and discipline in hiring decisions.
Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
Experience: At least 8 to 10 years of experience in recruitment and hiring, preferably 4 years at a managerial level.
