Job Description

*Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and optimization of organizational structures across the holding and its subsidiaries
Develop and institutionalize Job Architecture, Job Families, and standardized Job Descriptions
Design and continuously improve the Performance Management framework (KPI/OKR systems)
Drive enterprise-wide Workforce Planning and Organizational Productivity analysis
Develop and maintain the Competency Framework in collaboration with Talent Development
Lead and facilitate major organizational change initiatives
Analyze organizational and workforce data to provide strategic insights to the CHRO and executive leadership
Ensure alignment between OD initiatives and Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, and HR Operations
Contribute to establishing HR governance standards across the group
*Qualifications & Experience:
8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to Organization Development
Proven experience in large, complex organizations or holding structures
Strong expertise in:
Organization Design
Workforce Planning
Performance Management Systems
Competency Framework Development
Change Management
Strong analytical capability and ability to translate data into executive-level insights
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and facilitate high-level decision-making
Master’s degree in HR, Management, MBA, or related field preferred
