Assessing the company's readiness for IPO, and presenting a program and roadmap for improvements with the aim of its acceptance and operational follow-up.
Developing long-term financial plans and operational, financial, and investment budgets, as well as periodic reports related to financial institutions and capital market participants such as board performance reports.
Following up on the implementation of supply and acceptance requirements, regulations, and guidelines of the stock exchange organization in target companies, preparing them, and liaising with relevant organizations and companies.
Executing all stages of supply and acceptance, including preparing justifying reports, registration statements, required forms and contracts, and prospectus for supply and acceptance in the capital market.
Requirements
Education:
Master's degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, or an MBA graduate.
Experience:
5 years of experience in areas related to IPO in investment advisory, capital procurement, and brokerage companies.
Knowledge and Skills:
Valuation and financial modeling.
Regulations and guidelines of the stock exchange organization and stock and over-the-counter companies.
