Job Description

  • Handle vendor evaluations before and after bidding.
  • On-time purchasing and avoiding any supply risks both for material and services.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to reach an agreement for on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to organize standard purchasing procedures.
  • Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards.
  • Work with team members to complete duties as needed.
  • Maintain and update a list of suppliers.

Requirements

  • At least 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in a similar environment.
  • Strategic thinking.
  • Effective negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Financial analysis knowledge.
  • Leadership, and business environment knowledge.
