Job Description
- Handle vendor evaluations before and after bidding.
- On-time purchasing and avoiding any supply risks both for material and services.
- Negotiate with suppliers to reach an agreement for on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with the finance team to organize standard purchasing procedures.
- Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards.
- Work with team members to complete duties as needed.
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers.
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in a similar environment.
- Strategic thinking.
- Effective negotiation, and communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Financial analysis knowledge.
- Leadership, and business environment knowledge.
