Conduct various development projects, including career path, talent management, successful planning, etc.
Manage the performance management system to include the development and monitoring of performance evaluations, performance development plans, and performance improvement plans.
Design and implement a competency model in the organization.
Create, review, and update job descriptions.
Recommend new approaches, policies and etc. to restructure or improve the current HR processes.
Prepare research and analysis reports and present them to the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in the same position.
Age range: 25 to 35 years old.
Familiarity with competency models.
Ability to do benchmarking and implement development programs.
Outstanding ability in research.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening.
Project management skills, including organization, planning, time management, and prioritization.
Detail-oriented.
Proficiency in English comprehension.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, etc.
