- Preparing financial reports for directors.
- Supporting different teams in preparing or troubleshooting their reports.
- Preparing interactive and useful financial reports.
- Creating one standard reporting process for all teams at Alibaba.
- Ensuring compliance and consistency of financial reports received from different teams.
- Simplifying reporting process in order to make it easy for learning and transferring.
- Interacting constantly with other team members in order to improve the accuracy of financial
- reports.
- Correcting possible discrepancies and inconsistencies in financial reports created by other teams
- and improving the reliability of the reports as much as possible.
- Proposing efficient and suitable coding for financial systems.
- Managing competing priorities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in management reporting or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other common reporting software.
- Familiar with financial reports.
- Detail-oriented.
- Deadline-oriented and able to stick to time constraints.
- Ability to summarize and present complex financial data in an organized and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and propose solutions to unexpected problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiating skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.
- Getting along well with others and being interactive.
