Job Description

  • Preparing financial reports for directors.
  • Supporting different teams in preparing or troubleshooting their reports.
  • Preparing interactive and useful financial reports.
  • Creating one standard reporting process for all teams at Alibaba.
  • Ensuring compliance and consistency of financial reports received from different teams.
  • Simplifying reporting process in order to make it easy for learning and transferring.
  • Interacting constantly with other team members in order to improve the accuracy of financial
  • reports.
  • Correcting possible discrepancies and inconsistencies in financial reports created by other teams
  • and improving the reliability of the reports as much as possible.
  • Proposing efficient and suitable coding for financial systems.
  • Managing competing priorities.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in management reporting or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other common reporting software.
  • Familiar with financial reports.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Deadline-oriented and able to stick to time constraints.
  • Ability to summarize and present complex financial data in an organized and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and propose solutions to unexpected problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiating skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.
  • Getting along well with others and being interactive.
