Job Description

  • Determine key performance indicators, setting standards and goals by defining the competencies and skills required for each internal role along with designing an individual performance map within the framework of key performance indicators.
  • Design and plan the sales unit compensation package in accordance with organizational compensation and sales strategies.
  • Evaluate the organization's sales compensation in terms of being competitive with the industry within the organization's payment strategies.
  • Provide detailed and prescriptive reports to modify, improve, and develop the company's service compensation package and structure.
  • Adapt the payment status in cases of promotion and promotion within the organization based on the payment system approved by the sales team.
  • Respond to the problems and requests of employees in the field of service compensation in the sales team.
  • Prepare comprehensive and complete reports in order to modify, improve, and develop the package and compensation structure of the company's employees.
  • Hold and conduct training to ensure proper understanding and implementation of performance management systems in the organization's compensation for sales services of the organization in terms of competitiveness with the industry within the organization's payment strategies.
  • Design and modify the structure and programs of service compensation, wage rates, and competitive advantages.
  • Prepare comprehensive and complete reports in order to modify, improve, and develop the package and compensation structure of the company's employees.
  • Study and evaluate employee service compensation in terms of being competitive with the industry within the framework of the organization's payment strategies.
  • Study, present and update the employee compensation package in the areas of competitive advantage, including employee welfare facilities.
  • Adapt payment status in cases of promotion and promotion within the organization based on the approved payment system.
  • Respond to the problems and requests of employees in the field of service compensation.
  • Design and plan employee compensation packages in different countries in accordance with service compensation strategies.
  • Ensure the alignment of the components of the service compensation package with the domestic laws and regulations of the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of related experience.
  • Fluent in policy formulation.
  • Fluent in company regulations.
  • Fluent in performance appraisal concepts.
