Job Description
We are looking for a senior compensation and benefits specialist to be responsible for all C&B payments, and oversee and administer the employee's perfect rewards and smart benefits. You will assess personnel needs and draft targeted programs that will increase performance, take part in HR budget planning and management, organizational trust and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting, and adjusting of the budget.
- Coordinates C&B processes like salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
- Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
- Responsible for effective company job grading and C&B policy and making sure it is accurate for all employees.
- Prepare new joiner offer letter and implement offer meetings.
- Responsible for monthly payroll, employee tax, and insurance.
- Calculate and deliver all personnel payments (salary, attendance, settlements, loan, etc.).
- Participate and manage employee welfare package budgeting and prepare management reports.
