Senior C&B Specialist (Payroll):
● Prepare the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting, and adjusting of the budget.
● Coordinate C&B processes like salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
● Develop compensation policies.
● Analyze the different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepare reports about internal equity and external competitiveness.
● Develop the different schemes of the variable remuneration.
● Manage the compensation projects for the entire company.
● Participate as a team member in strategic projects and initiatives.
● Train the line managers in the complex usage of different HR and Compensation policies.
● Represent the company at different HR meetings.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
● Working experience in professional C&B, especially experience in social insurance, and health insurance.
● Practical experience with HR database administration, including payroll system.
● Experience in Iranian tax and reporting is a must.
● Strong and proven analytical skills.
● Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, and PowerPoint).
● Excellent communication skills.
● Excellent strategic planning skills and ability to interact with all levels.
● Strong negotiation skills.
● Strong time management skills.
● Self-management skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines.
● Should be able to multitask and be open to adapting to changing business requirements.
● Fluent in verbal and written English (UI or higher).
● Team player.
