Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Description

The senior business analyst will join a fast-paced team and vibrant atmosphere during the period of organization and business growth. You will be responsible for process mapping, requirement elicitation, documentation, and automation of processes in our BPMS while liaising with several key stakeholders across a multi-national culture. You will support the continuous improvement of processes throughout the business, own the creation of business analysis documentation and support the production of other change related documents and organization-wide required systems.

• Analyzing and documenting organization processes.
• Mechanizing the processes in BPMS.
• Preparing SOPs, procedures, and workflows.
• Diagnosing the current state and analyzing systems and processes.
• Defining KPIs according to strategy and annual plans and budget.
• Auditing KPIs considering performance at the individual level.
• Preparing instructions, SOPs, procedures, and KPIs under the supervision of the CSO.
• Redesigning and improving forms and report formats.
• Collaborating with all departments to achieve organizational goals.
• Working hours: Sunday to Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm.
