Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Description

  • Monitor, draw, and edit the current process (As-Is).
  • Identify bottlenecks and improvement points.
  • Draw (To-Be) processes.
  • Prepare and define the RACI Matrix, KPI, SOP, and User Manual.
  • Provide system requirements to automate processes in ERP or BPMS.

Requirements

  • Age range: 30 to 38 years old.
  • At least 4 years of experience.
  • Proficient in (VISIO, BIZAGI, VISUAL PARADIGM).
  • Ability to draw process with BMPN standard.
  • Ability to write instructions and user manuals.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • English proficiency: Upper Intermediate.
