- Develop and implement new initiative programs to increase growth of all sectors.
- Gather and analyze information to evaluate small business projects.
- Market analysis to identify new growth space.
- Develop plans and budgets and presenting project organizational charts.
- Prepare analytical and economic reports.
- Identify new services and business lines.
- Develop marketing strategies to help grow the business.
- Monitor budgets and metrics.
- Document and monitor work processes.
Requirements
- At least five years of work experience in similar job groups.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Executive Management, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong motivation.
- Quick learning and result-oriented.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Commitment, honesty, responsibility, and teamwork spirit.
- Ability to manage time and resources and effectively meet deadlines.
- Ability to simultaneously perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a changing and startup environment.
- Mastery of Excel and evaluation of financial and economic indicators of projects.
