As a senior business analyst in the growth team, you will play a critical role in identifying growth opportunities, translating business questions into data-backed insights, and enabling strategic decision-making. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, business, and data science teams to guide initiatives that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
Develop and maintain growth dashboards and reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Conduct in-depth funnel and conversion analysis across user journeys (Customer, Courier, Vendor)
Collaborate with Product and Marketing to evaluate A/B test results and campaign effectiveness.
Support pricing strategy and incentive design through business impact modeling.
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations through structured presentations and memos.
Lead problem-solving on strategic business questions using both qualitative and quantitative data.
Track and evaluate KPIs across city performance, operational quality, customer behavior, and retention metrics.
Collaborate in defining, tracking, and reporting OKRs for the related business units.
Support budgeting processes by analyzing budget allocation, monitoring spending, and measuring the ROI of growth initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Strategy, or related roles.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL and Excel.
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and synthesize complex data into clear business narratives.
Experience working with product funnels, CR tracking, cohort analysis, or LTV modeling.
Skilled in building dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, MetaBase, and Looker).
Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., product, marketing, operations).
Fluent in data visualization and presentation to business leaders.
