Job Description

As a senior business analyst in the growth team, you will play a critical role in identifying growth opportunities, translating business questions into data-backed insights, and enabling strategic decision-making. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, business, and data science teams to guide initiatives that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain growth dashboards and reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct in-depth funnel and conversion analysis across user journeys (Customer, Courier, Vendor)
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to evaluate A/B test results and campaign effectiveness.
• Support pricing strategy and incentive design through business impact modeling.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations through structured presentations and memos.
• Lead problem-solving on strategic business questions using both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Track and evaluate KPIs across city performance, operational quality, customer behavior, and retention metrics.
• Collaborate in defining, tracking, and reporting OKRs for the related business units.
• Support budgeting processes by analyzing budget allocation, monitoring spending, and measuring the ROI of growth initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Strategy, or related roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and synthesize complex data into clear business narratives.
• Experience working with product funnels, CR tracking, cohort analysis, or LTV modeling.
• Skilled in building dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, MetaBase, and Looker).
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., product, marketing, operations).
• Fluent in data visualization and presentation to business leaders.
