Job Description
As a senior business analyst in the growth team, you will play a critical role in identifying growth opportunities, translating business questions into data-backed insights, and enabling strategic decision-making. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, business, and data science teams to guide initiatives that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain growth dashboards and reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct in-depth funnel and conversion analysis across user journeys (Customer, Courier, Vendor)
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to evaluate A/B test results and campaign effectiveness.
- Support pricing strategy and incentive design through business impact modeling.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations through structured presentations and memos.
- Lead problem-solving on strategic business questions using both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Track and evaluate KPIs across city performance, operational quality, customer behavior, and retention metrics.
- Collaborate in defining, tracking, and reporting OKRs for the related business units.
- Support budgeting processes by analyzing budget allocation, monitoring spending, and measuring the ROI of growth initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Strategy, or related roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and synthesize complex data into clear business narratives.
- Experience working with product funnels, CR tracking, cohort analysis, or LTV modeling.
- Skilled in building dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, MetaBase, and Looker).
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., product, marketing, operations).
- Fluent in data visualization and presentation to business leaders.
