Job Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and business domains based on organization standards.
- Create and develop analysis documents based on UML standards.
- Test and evaluate product features and conduct delivery processes.
- Communicate to the product owner and business stakeholders to collect and assess system needs and necessities.
- Attend business meetings with the technical team or key stakeholders to present or deliver the product’s features to achieve approval.
Requirements
- Familiar with the banking business.
- Extensive knowledge of software engineering requirements and documentation according to standardized analysis.
- Familiar with Software Development Methodologies (RUP, Agile, etc.).
- Familiarity with Business Process Modeling and BPMS tools.
- Ability to meet deadlines, time management, and manage competing priorities.
- Creative thinking in problem-solving.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, IT, or Industrial Engineering.
