Job Description

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and business domains based on organization standards.
Create and develop analysis documents based on UML standards.
Test and evaluate product features and conduct delivery processes.
Communicate to the product owner and business stakeholders to collect and assess system needs and necessities.
Attend business meetings with the technical team or key stakeholders to present or deliver the product’s features to achieve approval.

Requirements

Familiar with the banking business.
Extensive knowledge of software engineering requirements and documentation according to standardized analysis.
Familiar with Software Development Methodologies (RUP, Agile, etc.).
Familiarity with Business Process Modeling and BPMS tools.
Ability to meet deadlines, time management, and manage competing priorities.
Creative thinking in problem-solving.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, IT, or Industrial Engineering.
