● Identify, model, and measure the performance of business processes.
● Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
● Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
● Collect and coordinate feature requests and ideas from all functions of the commercial.
● Translate the needs of the stakeholders (customer, commercial team, product) into product requirements.
● Analyze data and internal user feedback to build solid business cases to support and justify feature development.
● Identify features prioritization and define product roadmap using data and monitor metrics after release.
● Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
● Work with the product team to ensure mutual understanding of business requirements and serve as the primary product point of contact with the Tech department.
● Roll out features and ensure stakeholder involvement and education of the new product.
Requirements
● 2 to 3 years of related experience (e.g. as a business analyst, process analyst, product analyst, product manager, or product owner).
● Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Computer Science, or Software Engineering; MBA or Master’s degree in Management/Industrial Engineering is a plus.
● Knowledge of business process management and/or quality assurance methods and tools.
● Know how to define a product roadmap and structure business requirements.
● Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
● Proper level of understanding of e-commerce as a business and preferably previous experience in the area of the online shop.
● Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
● Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
● Excellent documentation skills and experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
● Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within your project timeframes.
● Advanced English proficiency, both verbal and written.
● Experience in iterative and incremental product development (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
