Job Description

- Overall responsible for the Financial Accounting. This area covers the daily tasks - Timely and correct reporting of financial figures within the Operating Company, as well as to local authorities. The reporting includes : - Monthly Reports - Internal and external book closings - Ensure that sufficient internal controls are implemented and documented. Take corrective action whenever he becomes aware of the internal controls not being carried out and be responsible to ensure that their staff respects the internal controls. - Ensure the proper procedures are in place for securing the assets - Daily Cash Management, Including paying suppliers and optimizing the bank balances - Budget Control to ensure that sales/costs are in line with agreed limits/targets. Make sure that the needed action is communicated to the budget responsible persons - Ensure all legal documents are duly vetted in consultation with the company legal adviser where necessary with a view to ascertain that the company's interests are protected - Target and outlooks

Requirements

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting from a reputable university. - Minimum 5 years of experience - Familiar with commercial processes accounting standards - Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.) - Self-confidence and self-motivated with excellent time management and problem solving skills. - Good team worker and positive personality - Being punctual and able to do the Time-Management for given tasks - Good level of English knowledge (correspondences) - Minimum age : 28 - Maximum age : 35
