1- General Accounting and Financial Affairs
- Recording and controlling all company financial transactions, including purchases, sales, expenses, payments, receipts, and payroll.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements and management reports for the CEO and Finance Manager.
- Following up and reconciling accounts with customers and suppliers.
- Maintaining accurate records of fixed assets, depreciation, and inventory.
- Monitoring bank account balances and managing the company’s cash flow.
2- Contracting and Project Accounting Management
- Preparing monthly project progress payment statements (Interim Payment Certificates) based on information received from Project Managers and relevant specialists.
- Monitoring and reviewing project costs on a monthly basis and comparing actual costs against the original project budget.
- Providing detailed financial reports for each project, including incurred costs, recognized revenue, and project profit or loss.
- Following up on financial approvals from clients and obtaining approval of project payment certificates.
- Analyzing cost variances and proposing corrective actions for loss-making or high-cost projects.
- Coordinating with Project Managers to provide an accurate financial status of projects and forecast future project costs.
3-Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Preparing analytical reports on project financial performance and the profitability of each tender.
- Providing monthly reports to the CEO and Finance Manager covering company financial status, project performance, and cash flow position.
- Conducting profit and loss analysis at both company-wide and project-specific levels and recommending financial improvement measures.
4- Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Management.
- Minimum of five years of experience in accounting within contracting, construction, engineering, or trading companies.
- Full proficiency in accounting software (such as Sepidar or equivalent ERP/accounting systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of taxation, social insurance regulations, VAT requirements, and accounting standards.
- Strong financial analysis and management reporting skills.
- High level of accuracy and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for effective interaction with internal departments, project teams, and clients.
