Job Description

1. Review capital and expense purchase requests and ensure compliance with the company's transaction regulations, approved budgets, and other corporate procedures.
2. Maintain fixed asset accounting records and perform monthly reconciliation of fixed asset sub-ledgers with the general ledger and system.
3. Identify, value, and accurately report the company's fixed assets.
4. Collaborate with operations, procurement, and project management teams to reconcile newly added fixed assets, track capital expenditures, and oversee asset setup.
5. Analyze capital and expense invoices, match them with purchase orders and contracts, and monitor related payments.
6. Record and manage the sale, transfer, and movement of assets in the books and the fixed asset sub-system.
7. Record depreciation for all fixed assets in accordance with accounting standards.
8. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual fixed asset reports for management and finance teams.
9. Monitor capital and expense prepayments, and record and recognize the corresponding invoices.
10. Conduct periodic physical verification and reconciliation of fixed assets to ensure full compliance with company records.
11. Prepare comprehensive reports on tangible and intangible fixed assets for auditors and other departments.
