POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Security Specialist to support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of security across systems, applications, and infrastructure.
This role focuses on execution—identifying vulnerabilities, implementing controls, monitoring threats, and supporting secure development and operations practices.

This role supports a hybrid working model, designed to enable deep focus and high-quality execution while maintaining strong collaboration with engineering and operations teams.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Identify and assess vulnerabilities across applications, systems, and infrastructure
• Support implementation of security controls and best practices
• Monitor systems for threats, anomalies, and suspicious activity
• Collaborate with engineering teams to fix security issues and improve resilience
• Perform security testing, validation, and basic threat analysis
• Assist in incident response and investigation processes
• Ensure adherence to defined security standards and policies
• Use AI-assisted tools to support vulnerability detection, log analysis, and security monitoring

SKILLS

Security Operations & Implementation
• Experience with vulnerability assessment and basic penetration testing
• Understanding of application and infrastructure security fundamentals
• Familiarity with common security tools and practices

Monitoring & Response
• Experience with log analysis, monitoring systems, and threat detection
• Understanding of incident response workflows
• Ability to identify and escalate security risks

Systems Understanding
• Basic understanding of networks, APIs, and cloud environments
• Familiarity with authentication and access control systems
• Awareness of secure coding practices

Execution & Learning
• Strong attention to detail and execution quality
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving security threats
• Ability to collaborate with engineering teams
