Job Description

● Manage calendar, including time, tasks, and scheduling all appointments and meetings. ● Answer calls, take messages, and handle correspondence. ● Prepare materials for meetings and provide post-meeting follow-up notes. ● Type, prepare and collate reports filing. ● Responsible for the overall direction and coordination of the team's administration. ● Assist with the preparation of presentations and documentation. ● Make travel arrangements (visa, ticket, hotel reservation, etc.).

Requirements

● At least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant. ● Bachelor's degree. ● Punctual. ● Problem-solving skills. ● Multipletasking skills. ● High level of handling confidential information. ● Advanced in teamwork. ● Skilled in communications. ● Exceptional planning, time management, and organizational skills. ● Good level in Microsoft Office, especially Word, and Excel. ● Gender preference: Female.
