- Arranges, Manages, and organizes CEO daily, weekly and monthly schedule
- Prepares for meetings including ordering lunch, booking conference rooms, sets up a projector or video conferencing units
- Sets-up meetings maintain electronic calendars and organize team events
- Answering and dispatching phone calls to appropriate parties
- Updates and maintains phone lists
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required (preferably in communications or social studies)
- 3 to 5 years of solid professional experience
- Interest in internal and external communications and partnership development
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
- High energy level and flexibility to work to the demands of the role
- Emotional maturity
- Time management and multitasking skills
