Tahlilgaran Niroo Energy is looking for a young and motivated office assistant. This position requires strong organizational skills and good knowledge of MS Office.
Duties:
Answering phone calls and emails, and managing correspondence.
Arranging and coordinating meetings and appointments.
Preparing and organizing documents and reports using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Supporting general office tasks.
Ensuring proper organization of documents and files.
Requirements:
Familiarity with tenders and oil, gas, and petrochemical trading systems.
Fluent in English.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
