Job Description

Tahlilgaran Niroo Energy is looking for a young and motivated office assistant. This position requires strong organizational skills and good knowledge of MS Office.

Duties:

  • Answering phone calls and emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Arranging and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Preparing and organizing documents and reports using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Supporting general office tasks.
  • Ensuring proper organization of documents and files.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with tenders and oil, gas, and petrochemical trading systems.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
