Job Description

● Administrative document control. ● Communicate and follow up on tasks and issues. ● Organize and plan CEO meetings and appointments. ● Manage daily affairs and office operations. ● Arrange meetings. ● Coordinate with colleagues and management for office issues. ● Respond to phone calls and direct them to PIC. ● Update requested files. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8 am to 4 pm.

Requirements

● At least one year of experience in administrative activities, preferably in transport companies. ● At least a Bachelor's degree. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook. ● Sufficient knowledge of English to read faxes and answer phone calls. ● Verbal and written communication ability and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously. ● Teamwork spirit. ● Cooperative personality. ● High communications skills. ● Sharp-witted and eager to learn and promote the organizational position.
