Job Description

  • Manage daily office operations and activities to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Facilitate effective internal and external communication through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update office records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office. 
  • Familiarity with business correspondence and commercial operations.
  • Intermediate level in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
